Outlook 里 Appointment 和 Meeting 的不同

在 Microsoft Outlook 创建日程时有 Appointment 和 Meeting 两个选项。

  • Appointment - 约会，预约
    • 对自己来说，可以起到提醒的作用
    • 对他人来说，可以标示你的“忙碌”状态
    • 不需要邀请其他参与者
  • Meeting - 会议
    • 通常需要邀请其他参与者 —— 并获知大家接受会议的状态
    • 通常需要指定地点——也许还需要一个会议室 Booking 的流程

Meeting

Invite people to discuss topic at certain time, certain place.
